Alpha Basics
The Alpha Course consists of a series of talks presented on DVD by Nicky Gumbel, the pioneer of the Alpha Course. He is currently pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in England. Each session includes:
- A light meal and fellowship
- A talk presented via DVD regarding Alpha Questions of Life
- Small group discussions where no question is too simple or too challenging
- The Alpha Course includes a "Day Away" during which multiple talks are presented and discussed.

For everyone, especially to:
- Christians who want to brush up on the essential beliefs of the Christain faith
- People interested in investigating Christianity
- Newcomers to FUMC interested in a short-term small group experience.
