Communion & Community

This Sunday we will continue finding common ground in this politically divisive, socially distanced world by celebrating Holy Communion and focusing on our community. We will honor all the Saints who've gone before us, and many who are still among us! Please remember to adjust your clocks and join us in worship at 10:30AM (in-person or online). Also, why not connect with a small group at 9AM on Zoom for Bible study or at 11:30AM for Virtual Fellowship Hour. We're here for YOU!

Finding Common Ground: Community,

Kids & Costumes
We will have a mini-version of our annual Trunk or Treat after worship this Sunday. Kids are welcome to wear costumes to church (remember: still no childcare provided...SORRY! But wiggles, giggles, and fun are welcome!) Everyone is invited to bring candy or treats to share.
Thanksgiving Project
This year we join St. Alban’s Episcopal and other churches to provide meals for families in need. Nominations are from schools and pastors (let Rev. Emily know if you need help). We are collecting funds to purchase grocery gift cards. Please give online, in-person or by mail (note: Missions/Thanksgiving

Virtual Baby Shower

A few presents are appearing under the tree - thank you! Alexia and Vincent are expecting baby Apollo on Dec. 16th. This young couple is registered at Target, so you can order online and have gifts delivered to the church, or drop them off. Jaime Cummings and our New Parents Ministry will deliver them around Thanksgiving/early Dec.

The Thursday night women's group begins "Advent, The Weary World Rejoices" tonight from 5:30- 7PM at the church (with safety measures) or on Zoom. This 5-week study ends Dec. 3 and all are welcome. Books are available online or by contacting Pat Ferrell. Christmas is coming soon!
